This was the Harappan civilisation, famous for smart town planning, meaning neatly planned streets and houses. He saw the Great Bath, a large public water tank for rituals, and granaries, buildings to store grains. Underground drainage systems carried dirty water away. Seals showed symbols for identity and trade, the exchange of goods. Skilled craft production created tools and ornaments. Suddenly, silence fell, the decline of the Harappan civilisation, when cities slowly disappeared. Arjun learned knowledge keeps history alive.
